Grapes: Trebbiano 30%, Malvasia 40%, Grechetto (Pulcinculo) 30%

Vinification Method: A very careful selection of the grapes from the vineyard of Abbadia di Montepulciano, Gracciano and Valiano was made at harvest time.
The grapes were as first laid out to dry upon trellisworks until January, then destemmed and crushed and stored in 100 lt. oak kegs and chestnut kegs.
Maturation Method: The wine aged for a period of at least 36 months in 100 lt. oak kegs and chestnut kegs.
Goes well with: be enjoyed after a meal, with “Cantucci” or a cake. Serve at about 18°C (64,4°F).
