Grappa: is an aquavit of the dregs of pressed rapes, a product obtained by the distillation of grape dregs that must be naturally fermented to obtain the production of alcohol.
Marc used: Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo nero and Mammolo 10%
Alcohol: about 42% vol.
Characteristics: transparent white color, well rounded, elegant taste which offers all the hints of the grapes it comes from.
Serving suggestions: be enjoyed after a meal. Serve at about 18°C (64,4°F).
