Description
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Casale Daviddi”is produced from olives from the Tuscan hills of Montepulciano. The varieties are typical of our production area: Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo. The harvest is in November. Olives, hand picked and selected, are taken to the oil mill within 24 hours after harvesting in order to ensure the immediate pressing by a cold press extraction.
The product obtained is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil which has an intense flavor, a bouquet rich of aromas and taste balanced, intense, soft, persistent and pleasantly spicy.
Ideal for salads, vegetables and side dishes but also for traditional dishes such as “ribollita”, vegetable soups and grilled red meat.
